We have been loving the work of textile designer Donna Wilson! The Garden pillow and Rosie plush creature above are just two of many irresistible products she offers on her site. Her handmade products are full of imagination and whimsy. She even offers several do-it-yourself kits, including a Make Your Own Monster Kit, to bring out the creative spirit in adults and children alike.

I was introduced to the work of Beth O’Donnell in 2005 while designing in house at Dwell by founder Christiane Lemieux. I haven’t had a chance to thank Christiane in person for the opportunity she gave me when I first moved back to NYC and also for encouraging me to pursue my personal design endeavors.
I love horses, and all of O’Donnell’s work really speaks to me. I especially love the prints above, Charity 1 2 3, which I first saw in the office at Dwell before Christiane took them to hang in her home.

I was so excited to bump into photographer Victoria Jacob again at a recent Passion Pit show after first meeting her at the ICFF this year! At a time when the crowd at every show is speckled with the lights of dozens of amateur photojournalists, it’s refreshing to see the work of someone who really knows what she’s doing.

Victoria excels at capturing both the intensity of the moment during a performance and the backstage personalities of the artists she photographs. There is a genuine love and understanding of music that comes across in her approach to photographing each performer. You can see more of her music photography along with other projects at her online portfolio. Best of luck with your first Rolling Stone assignment, Victoria!
