F/T OFFICE MANAGER & P/T BOOKKEEPER - APPLICATIONS OPEN!
Spread the word! We are currently recruiting a full-time Office Manager and a part-time Freelance Bookkeeper with excellent communication skills, both who are reliable & flexible. The successful candidates must have a vested interest in helping a small business grow & reaping the benefits as it becomes more successful. We prefer non-creative, but candidates that love the business side of things! Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Office Manager (to help with production, sales, and administrative work)
Freelance Bookkeeper (to help with QuickBooks, spreadsheets, and financial sales/data).
Duties possibly split between the two positions:
- Maintaining office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems;
- Producing trade-show events, photo shoots & other creative jobs;
- Exercising prompt & informative customer service communications;
- Processing purchase orders & maintaining inventory;
- Cutting & mailing samples;
- Liaising with suppliers & ordering supplies & inventory;
- Managing Quickbooks administration;
- Finding & training interns;
- Social Media Management;
- Ad hoc administrative duties.
