The psychedelic powers of Paula Duró

I was recently introduced to Paula Duró's work and was immediately grabbed by her use of mystical imagery. I particularly love the psychedelic color palettes she chooses, from the striking bright-dark contrasts to the rainbows beaming across her canvases. Her work not only transports you to another time and place, but to another headspace altogether.


Duró is an Argentina-based artist whose work covers everything from walls to canvases to bikes to bags. She often collaborates and creates albums covers with Digital Cumbia artist Chancha Vía Circuito of ZZK Records, and she also dabbles in video:
