Aimée finds herself floating through an unknown galaxy. The stars, asteroids, and comets begin to morph into a churning sea of cheetah spots. Friendly cheetah faces appear but quickly turn ferocious jumping out of space to chase her through a sleepy jungle. She tumbles through sparkling puddles, past lumbering sloths and playful primates, soon realizing she has lost the pursuing wildcats. Her journey continues as the jungle melts into an arid desert. Cacti the size of skyscrapers tower over her and the sun emerges high overhead. She basks in its warmth, exhausted from her surreal voyage.
PHANTASMAGORIA COLLECTION by Aimée Wilder brings this recurring, shifting dream to life, melding galactic visions, jungle adventures, and desert wanderings. The collection experiments with elements of light and shadow, pushing the limits of repeat size and density of detail. One is easily lost in the fantastical, oversized repeats featuring flora and fauna both real and imagined. Four new patterns debut in wallpaper, fabrics, pillows, and poufs, and three new patterns in an incredible new range of rugs and bespoke carpets.
Four new wallpaper patterns in more than 35 color ways comprise the new collection. They are priced at $180 per single roll (27 inches by 5 yards), and are printed by hand in the US on clay-coated, FSC Certified paper. Commercial substrates are also available starting at $200 per single roll.

We are very excited to launch our new silver Mylar wallpaper collection, including two brand new patterns at the International Contemporary Furniture Fair (ICFF) May 16 – 19 at the Javits Center in New York. The collection will feature several of our most popular designs printed on Mylar, and the entire booth will be wrapped in the reflective material.

The Mylar lends itself to the late sixties/early seventies factory aesthetic. With this collection, we are reimagining some of our most iconic patterns and revitalizing them with this new substrate.
Above, left to right: Star Tiger Silver Neon, Brain Candy Silver Mint, Love Molecules Silver Azzurro, Gameland Silver Glimmer, and Analog Nights Silver Cloud.
Patterns in this collection include our two newest additions: Love Molecules offers an entirely unique perspective on love with a design that features twelve molecular formulas of neurochemicals that are essential for life, love, and happiness; Mamma is our newest pattern and is a large-scale riff on our popular Baby wallpaper. A vintage geometric, Mamma has a minimalistic and mod design utilizing the simplicity of a half circle. Other classic patterns in the new collection include Analog Nights, Brain Candy, Gameland, and Star Tiger.

I am hosting a night at the Amazing IVANAhelsinki's Pop up Store on Mulberry Street! The uber-talented founder/owner of IVANAhelsinki, Paola Suhonen, has recently been appointed both Creative Director and Editor-in-Chief at a new magazine called "Love Contemporary"
The event space is a month long storefront celebrating the launch of Love Contemporary and the debut of an IVANAhelsinki shop in New York City. Paola's line of exquisite clothing and home accessories is on display, as well as ultra luxe love toys.
Beautiful Beyonce, Jay-Z, and Senator Schumer attended the Grizzly Bear show this weekend in Brooklyn. Just wanted to share a few photos from the festivities including a great photo of Lauren Flax below.
After the party in the park, it was time to head over to Williamsburg Music Hall to see Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros perform. It was definitely one of the best shows I have seen this year. Imagine Jesus with a traveling orchestra that kicks ass. REALLY KICKS ASS! Check out one of their videos here.

My good friend Charles, aka Chuckboy, is going to be at Kidrobot for a meet the artist event tomorrow night. Chuckboy recently designed the limited edition reindeer dunny for Kidrobot, which has rapidly become a collector's item on ebay.
