For best results in cleaning your wallpaper, simply wipe with a slightly damp cloth, using only water or a mild soap that does not contain detergent. Rinse with clear, clean water. Stains caused by grease and oil may not necessarily be removed.
Our finished wallpapers can be gently wiped clean with a damp cloth.
Ordinary dirt and smudges can be removed with a solution of mild soap and warm water. Clean from the bottom of the wall, moving upward. Gently rinse with clean water from the top down, using a clean sponge. Dry wallcovering with a soft, lint-free cloth or towel.
Always test soap and water mixture in an inconspicuous area of the wallcovering first, to be sure the surface is not damaged. DO NOT USE steel wool or powdered abrasive as they can damage the image and/or textured surface. DO NOT USE solvents, alcohol, pine oil, or cleaners that contain these kinds of products, as they can damage the surface of the wallcovering. When cleaning, always take measures to prevent water from dripping behind molding. Never mix cleaning agents together — volatile reactions can occur.

Use Rust-Oleum Miracle 511 Porous Plus to seal AW cement tiles and grout; apply a minimum of 2 to 3 coats. For cleaning cement tiles, we recommend using Rust-Oleum Miracle Sealants Tile and Stone Cleaner, a non-acidic, anti-bacterial cleaner. When properly maintained, the sealer should have a lifespan comparable to what is advised on the product’s information label. However, the durability of your tile will vary depending on use and traffic. The easiest way to determine if your tile or grout needs to be re-sealed is to spray it lightly with water. If water beads on the surface, the sealer on the tile and/or grout is still in good condition. If the water is absorbed, the sealer should be properly reapplied as soon as possible.
Our ceramic tiles are low maintenance, durable, and normally require no sealant (except in wet areas, as noted above).

Our poufs are filled with a natural, eco-friendly fiber called Kapok and are available in stock and custom sizes. To sanitize and freshen, pouf inserts can be dried out in the sun, with the white cover left on. Do not open the internal pouf liner cover because the Kapok material should always be handled in a factory environment with mask protection. If the pouf insert is badly soiled, please contact us to order a replacement.

For fresh spills on any wool flat-weave rug, blot with a dry, clean cotton cloth to remove excess liquid. A clean, warm, and slightly damp cloth with clear water may be used to blot wet stains only. Do not rub or scrub, as this can damage the rug’s fibers and weave. The blotting process may not remove the stain completely. For complete stain removal, we recommend professional rug cleaning.
We do not guarantee that your stain will be eliminated by self-cleaning. We always recommend professional cleaning. We are not responsible for damage due to the self-cleaning or professional cleaning of any stains, whether with water or any other consumer or professional rug-cleaning solvent.
Silk and bamboo silk rugs must be professionally cleaned.
