When will I receive my order and what is the Aimée Wilder Shipping Policy

Our orders are shipped via UPS and DHL. Anything in stock will ship within 7-10 business days except for rugs which will ship within 10 business days. Many of our Products are made to order. Please refer to the ‘Info’ section of aimeewilder.com to find lead time information by product category and material.  Please reach out to orders@aimeewilder.com if you are unsure about the lead time for a specific product. Aimée Wilder is not liable for any delays. Lead times listed are estimates and from time to time delays occur due to reasons beyond our control including but not limited to manufacturing issues, factory closure, faulty goods upon inspection, and damaged goods in transit resulting in longer than specified lead times.  If you feel your order is delayed and outside of the estimated lead time, please reach out to us by email to orders@aimeewilder.com

Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on Monday unless there is a holiday. Most tracking numbers and shipment confirmations will be sent at the end of the business day that the order is shipped, but occasionally they do not come in directly to us first. Continental US orders are usually delivered within 1-7 business days depending on location. International orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days.

The charged shipping rates are general estimates, and we may reach out to you if the shipping is inaccurate or has not been applied to your order. We try to provide the best shipping rates possible based on the weight and location of your order. Your order may be subject to a charge for the difference in estimated versus actual shipping rates. Please email if there is a concern about the shipping rate you see for an item or to verify charges in advance.

Rush orders are available for an additional fee. For rush orders and product specific lead times please email orders@aimeewilder.com

Most packages arrive on time. But sometimes when you try to track your package, the shipping company's website may say "delivered" even when you don't have it. If this happens but you can't find the package, we suggest looking around your front door or entrance within 48 hours, since delivery people often place packages in an inconspicuous location. If you are still unable to find the package, contact your local delivery point and use your tracking number to open an investigation. Also email us, at orders@aimeewilder.com. The customer is responsible for providing the correct address, and for retrieving and/or reporting missing packages within 72 hours of the delivery date listed in the tracking info. 

 I’m based overseas/not in the continental US, will you ship to me?

Yes!  We exclusively ship via DHL outside the continental US. Please email orders@aimeewilder.com for a shipping quote based on your order and location.

 

What is the Aimée Wilder return policy?

All sales are final. Our bespoke products are meant to be enjoyed in the home for years to come, but due to the handmade nature, they are final sale and non-returnable. Only returns due to manufacturing defects and shipping damage are available for the replacement of identical intact goods. Due to the handmade nature of our Products slight variations in color and design should be expected. We must be notified of all manufacturing defects within 30 days of receiving your order via email with clear photos, so we can troubleshoot for you.

Occasionally orders may be damaged in transit. When reporting damage due to shipping, please keep all packaging even if the box is damaged and email photos of the packaging and contents. Please email orders@aimeewilder.com to report any defects or shipping damage. If your order is defective or damaged a return shipping label will be emailed and your order must be returned to the shipper within 14 days of notifying Aimée Wilder of any defects, unless otherwise noted by our team via email. Defective or damaged orders shipped after that date will be returned to you.

Please reference the details within the ‘Info’ and ‘Measurements and Installation’ sections of aimeewilder.com before any installation takes place. Please be sure of your selection by ordering fabric and wallpaper samples. Fabric samples are available for all finished Products such as pillows, poufs and accessories. Please order a sample if you are unsure.

What is the Aimée Wilder policy for sales and items listed for a sale price?

All on sale items and items purchased with a discount code during a sale are final and non-refundable. Sale orders must come through the online store to qualify for the discounted rate.  Samples are available for purchase in our online store on the respective product pages, however sale stock is limited to available sale inventory. Please refer to our Measuring and Installation instructions for wallpaper calculations prior to reaching out with any questions via email only.  Trade and wholesale discounts can not be combined with sale items.
